Cruisin’ Out Of Venice!

After spending two nights in Venice, it was time to board the cruise ship Voyager of the Seas, of the Royal Caribbean Line. I’ve sailed many times before, but this was to be my first time on RCL cruise lines, and I was quite excited! There’s just something about being on a ship that makes me happy, and the fact that you get to wake up in a different city/country every morning is a major perk.

The following four posts will be about the cruise experience, so I think it’s only fair that I introduce you to the ship which was my home for a week. Enjoy!

About Jodi

I absolutely love to travel. Most days, it's hard to focus on anything else. However, I'd like to change my travel style from now on. I have always been a 'safe' traveler, with hotel reservations made, cruise vacations and a set timetable. I want to break out of that habit, and become an independent backpacker. This blog will serve to document my aspirations to experiment with traveling solo, around the world!

  1. Very nice! Did you friend join you on the cruise as well? I’ve never sailed aboard Royal Caribbean, so I look forward to reading about your experience 🙂

    • It seems as though your message got cut off Vanny! My friend actually did join me on the cruise. It would have been really tough to pay 150% of the cost because I’m alone! Are you excited for your Caribbean cruise??

  2. I think thats my full message…

I hear ya on the 150%. I’m super excited about my Caribbean cruise, even though it’s a year away. Will be my first time in the eastern Caribbean 🙂
