Into the Singapore River!

Nooo…. I didn’t jump in!

I have heard of cities with creative and unique statues. European towns are especially famous for these statues, some as famous as the Peeing Boy in Belgium while others are randomly found within a town that’s way off the travel radar. Imagine my surprise, upon finding my first interesting statue in Singapore, of all places?

I was taking a leisurely stroll around the river, and wham bam! There it was, right in front of me!

I have no idea, how they managed to keep those boys suspended in the air like that… but it’s pretty cool! What cities have you been to, where the statues made you look twice??

About Jodi

I absolutely love to travel. Most days, it's hard to focus on anything else. However, I'd like to change my travel style from now on. I have always been a 'safe' traveler, with hotel reservations made, cruise vacations and a set timetable. I want to break out of that habit, and become an independent backpacker. This blog will serve to document my aspirations to experiment with traveling solo, around the world!
